Pasco, Hernando & Citrus counties

How we cover Nature Coast

The Nature Coast runs north from Pasco through Hernando and Citrus counties — a coastline of spring-fed rivers, Gulf canals and salt marsh rather than beaches, with golf and estate communities inland. H2O has been working here and is expanding coverage north along this corridor.

Waterfront homes on the Homosassa, Crystal River, Weeki Wachee and the Hernando Beach canals face the same glare and heat problems as homes on Tampa Bay. Inland, the golf and estate communities of Citrus Hills, Terra Vista, Black Diamond Ranch and Sugarmill Woods have large homes with big glass onto courses and preserves.

What owners here ask for most

  • Glare and heat on river and canal-front glass
  • Estate and golf homes with large rear glass
  • UV protection for interiors
  • Film compatible with new impact glass after storm repairs
  • Privacy on water-facing rooms

Communities

Where we work in Nature Coast

Pasco & Hernando counties

Hudson & Aripeka

Gulf canal homes in Hudson and the quieter coastal homes of Aripeka at the Pasco–Hernando line. Canal-front glass takes glare off the water, and many homes have been repaired or raised after storm surge, with new impact windows that need a compatible film.

  • Hudson canals
  • Aripeka

Hernando County

Spring Hill

Spring Hill is Hernando County's largest community, with established single-family neighborhoods, golf communities and newer construction. Most of our work here is heat control in family rooms and lanai sliders, plus glare in home offices and protection from fading.

  • Seven Hills
  • Glen Lakes area

Hernando County

Hernando Beach & Weeki Wachee

Hernando Beach is a canal community with direct Gulf access, and homes along the Weeki Wachee River sit on one of the coast's best-known spring-fed rivers. Water-facing glass, raised rebuilds after storm surge and large view windows are typical. Spectrally selective film keeps the water view while cutting heat and glare.

Citrus County

Homosassa

Riverfront homes on the Homosassa River and its spring-fed tributaries, plus Gulf-access canal homes. These homes are built around the water, with glare off the river and afternoon sun on west-facing glass. Many were affected by storm surge and have since been repaired with new glass.

Citrus County

Sugarmill Woods

A large deed-restricted golf community in southern Citrus County, with homes on golf courses and wooded lots. Big rear glass onto lanais and courses brings heat and fading problems; near-clear films keep the community's architectural standards intact.

  • Cypress Village
  • Oak Village
  • Southern Woods

Citrus County

Crystal River

Waterfront homes on Kings Bay and the Crystal River, known for its springs and manatees, plus canal homes with Gulf access. Clear-water views are the point of living here, so film choice favors near-clear, high-heat-rejection products. Many waterfront homes have been repaired or rebuilt after storm surge.

Citrus County

Citrus Hills, Terra Vista & Black Diamond Ranch

Gated golf and estate communities in the Hernando–Lecanto area of Citrus County, with large custom homes, extensive glass onto courses and preserves, and high-end interiors. Film protects interiors from UV, cuts heat in glass-heavy great rooms and adds privacy on course-facing elevations — all within the communities' architectural standards.

Golf and deed-restricted communities

Citrus Hills, Terra Vista, Black Diamond Ranch and Sugarmill Woods have architectural standards. Near-clear films rarely need approval; we provide data sheets.

River and spring views

Spring-fed rivers are prized views. Spectrally selective films keep them clear while cutting heat.
