Downtown and Channelside towers, historic Hyde Park, Davis Islands and the Bayshore — window film for Tampa's most valuable homes and buildings.
South Tampa & Downtown at a glance
H2O Window Tinting installs residential and commercial window film across South Tampa and Downtown Tampa, including Downtown, Channelside and Water Street, Harbour Island, Hyde Park, Davis Islands, Bayshore and Palma Ceia, Beach Park and Westshore, and Ballast Point. Projects include high-rise condo window walls, historic homes in Hyde Park's local historic district, bayfront homes rebuilt after 2024 and Class A offices.
Hillsborough County
South Tampa and Downtown pack more high-value glass into a few square miles than anywhere else in the region: residential towers along the Riverwalk and in Channelside, Bayshore Boulevard condos looking across Hillsborough Bay, historic homes in Hyde Park, Mediterranean Revival estates on Davis Islands, and waterfront homes on Old Tampa Bay in Beach Park and Culbreath Isles.
The work here is about precision: choosing a film that suits each building's glass and rules, from a condo association's appearance standards to the City of Tampa's historic review in Hyde Park.

Before you install
Downtown, Channelside, Harbour Island and Bayshore buildings regulate exterior appearance and contractor access. We coordinate with management and provide product data for approval.
Exterior changes in Tampa's Hyde Park local historic district go through the Architectural Review Commission. Interior film doesn't alter the windows, but we recommend near-clear films and checking with the city before choosing anything visibly reflective.
Davis Islands, Beach Park, Ballast Point and other low-lying waterfront areas took storm surge in 2024. Many homes now have new impact glass, and we match film to it.
Office towers use a wide range of tinted, coated and insulated glass. We confirm the glass type before specifying film.
Questions

Yes. Film is applied to the inside of the glass. We favor near-clear films that don't change the exterior look and recommend confirming with the city if a visibly reflective film is under consideration.
